AvailableHours: 24 hrs (Salesperson) | 30 hrs (Designated/Associate Broker)
Cycle: Every 2 years
Deadline: License expiration date (birthday-based)
Mandatory: Arizona Water (1 hr), Firewise (1 hr), Deed Fraud (1 hr) — new 2025
Reporting: Self-report via ADRE portal
Colorado
AvailableHours: 24 hrs total per 3-year cycle (12 ACU + 12 elective)
Cycle: 3 years (current: Jan 1, 2025 – Dec 31, 2027)
Deadline: ACU due Dec 31 annually (moving to Jul 1 starting 2027)
Missed ACU: Must complete 24-hr reactivation course or retake state exam
Georgia
AvailableHours: 36 hrs per 4-year cycle
Deadline: License expiration date
Broker note: 18 of 36 hours must be broker-specific topics (effective July 1, 2025)
North Carolina
AvailableHours: 8 hrs annually (4 GENUP/BICUP + 4 elective)
Deadline: June 10 at 11:59 PM ET — no exceptions
GENUP vs BICUP: BIC-eligible brokers must take BICUP
Blackout: June 11–30, no CE available
