Exam prep is a self-study tool and does not replace required pre-license education. Click2CE is approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for Arizona pre-license and Arizona CE courses. Additional state-approved courses are coming later.
Complete the 40-hour LARA-approved salesperson pre-license course (including at least 4 hours of civil rights and fair housing).
Find a sponsoring (employing) Michigan broker.
Submit your salesperson application through the MiPLUS portal with the $88 fee.
Pass the Michigan salesperson licensing exam administered by PSI.
Receive your license linked to your employing broker.
Confirm current CE rules and deadlines with the LARA.
First renewal, post-licensing, and continuing education
Michigan salesperson licenses renew every 3 years with 18 hours of continuing education (including at least 2 hours per year of legal-update topics). Michigan does not require a separate post-license course.
