Exam Prep Products
Exam Prep products provide access to a practice question bank, AI Tutor, and adaptive study tools for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Exam Prep is a study tool only and does not constitute an approved pre-licensing course. Purchasing Exam Prep does not guarantee licensure or eligibility to sit for a state licensing exam. Pass Guarantee terms are described in our Refund Policy. Click2CE is not responsible for changes to state exam formats, content, or passing requirements that occur after the date of purchase.
Eligibility
By creating an account and using Click2CE, you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a real-estate license in a jurisdiction served by our platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep that information current. Click2CE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe contains false or misleading information.
Continuing Education Courses
Note: Continuing Education courses are not currently offered. These terms apply only when CE courses become available.
The following terms apply specifically to Continuing Education (CE) courses offered through Click2CE. These terms do not apply to Exam Prep products.
Course Completion Requirements
Each state imposes specific requirements for continuing-education course completion, including minimum seat-time, assessment pass rates, and identity-verification procedures. You are responsible for completing all required course activities, including reading or listening to all lesson content, meeting the minimum time-on-task requirements enforced by our platform, and passing all required assessments. Click2CE tracks your progress automatically and will not issue a certificate of completion until all state-mandated requirements have been satisfied.
Certificates and State Reporting
Upon successful completion of a course, Click2CE will issue a certificate of completion and, where required, report your completion to the appropriate state real-estate commission or regulatory body. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely and accurate reporting, Click2CE is not responsible for delays or errors caused by state agencies. It is your responsibility to verify that your completion has been properly recorded with your state licensing authority and to retain a copy of your certificate for your records.
100% Money-Back Pass Guarantee
Click2CE offers a 100% money-back Pass Guarantee on all Exam Prep products. If you complete all practice materials and do not pass your state real estate licensing exam, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of your exam date. To claim the guarantee, email support@click2ce.com with your order confirmation and exam score report. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity of our platform or violates applicable law. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, sharing your account credentials with any other person, allowing another individual to complete coursework on your behalf, using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with course content, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any course materials without written permission, and attempting to circumvent seat-time tracking, assessment integrity measures, or any other security feature of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content available on Click2CE, including but not limited to course text, video, audio, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Click2CE or its content licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Your purchase of a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of Click2CE.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click2CE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Click2CE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Click2CE's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to Click2CE in the twelve months preceding the claim.
