- What is the difference between the national and state portions of the exam?
- Most state real estate licensing exams have two sections: the National portion covers universal real estate principles (property ownership, contracts, financing, agency, fair housing) and the State portion covers laws and regulations specific to your state. Click2CE includes practice questions for both sections. When you select your state, your question bank is automatically tailored to cover both.
- Is Click2CE exam prep the same as a pre-licensing course?
- No — they are different products. Pre-licensing is the required education coursework you must complete before you can sit for the licensing exam (typically 40–180 hours depending on your state). Exam prep is the study tool you use after finishing pre-licensing to practice and prepare for the actual exam. If you haven’t completed your pre-licensing education yet, check with your state’s real estate commission for approved providers.

- How long do I have access after purchasing?

- What payment methods do you accept?

Arizona Continuing Education (CE)
- What is the difference between CE Essential and CE Premium?
- The Arizona salesperson renewal package is 24-hour Arizona salesperson CE renewal package — $129. Review the current package options on the Arizona CE page.
- How many CE hours do Arizona salespersons need?
- Arizona salespersons must complete 24 hours of ADRE-approved continuing education every two-year renewal cycle (21 mandatory hours — ADRE-required categories including Commissioner’s Standards, Agency Law, Contract Law, Disclosure, and Fair Housing (3 hours each), plus Arizona Water Issues, Firewise Communities, and Deed Fraud Prevention (1 hour each, required since January 1, 2025) — and 3 elective hours). Both the Essential and Premium packages cover the full 24 hours.
- Are Click2CE CE courses approved by ADRE?
- Click2CE's school approval scope is Arizona pre-license and Arizona continuing education only (ADRE School No. S26-0002).
- Can I pick individual CE courses instead of a bundle?
- Yes. Individual courses start at $29 each. You can mix and match to complete exactly the hours you need. Bundles offer the best value — the Essential bundle saves you over $160 compared to buying all 10 courses individually.

Technical & Account Questions
- How do I log in after purchasing?
- After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your account login link. If you already have a Click2CE account, your new course will appear automatically in your dashboard at click2ce.com/sign-in. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@click2ce.com.
- What if my course content isn’t loading?
- Try these steps in order: (1) Refresh the page. (2) Clear your browser cache (in Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data). (3) Try a different browser — we recommend the latest version of Google Chrome. (4) Disable any browser extensions that might block JavaScript. If none of these work, email support@click2ce.com with your browser type and a description of what you’re seeing.
- How do I reset my password?
- On the Sign In page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
