What is the difference between the national and state portions of the exam?: Most state real estate licensing exams have two sections: the National portion covers universal real estate principles (property ownership, contracts, financing, agency, fair housing) and the State portion covers laws and regulations specific to your state. Click2CE includes practice questions for both sections. When you select your state, your question bank is automatically tailored to cover both.
Is Click2CE exam prep the same as a pre-licensing course?: No — they are different products. Pre-licensing is the required education coursework you must complete before you can sit for the licensing exam (typically 40–180 hours depending on your state). Exam prep is the study tool you use after finishing pre-licensing to practice and prepare for the actual exam. If you haven’t completed your pre-licensing education yet, check with your state’s real estate commission for approved providers.

Is the AI Tutor available for all states?: Yes. The AI Tutor is included with every state’s exam prep at no additional charge.
Can the AI Tutor help me understand topics I’m weak in?: Absolutely — that’s exactly what it’s designed for. As you work through practice questions, Click2CE tracks your performance by topic. If you’re consistently missing questions about real estate math, agency relationships, or fair housing, the AI Tutor can walk you through those concepts step by step. You can also ask it directly: "Explain escrow to me like I’m new to real estate."
Is the AI Tutor a real person or automated?: The AI Tutor is powered by Anthropic’s Claude — one of the most advanced AI systems available — not a human support agent. How much does exam prep cost?: Exam prep is $59 per state. That includes 12 months of unlimited access, the AI Tutor, and the money-back Pass Guarantee. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no upsells required to use the full platform.
How long do I have access after purchasing?: You get 12 months of unlimited access from the date of purchase. Most students pass their exam well before the access period ends, but if you need more time, contact us and we’ll work with you.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I access Click2CE on my phone or tablet?: Yes. Click2CE is fully mobile-optimized and works on any modern smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser. No app download is required. Your progress syncs automatically across all your devices.
Do I need to finish studying in one sitting?: Not at all. Your progress saves automatically every time you study. Pick up exactly where you left off, whether that’s in five minutes or five days.

The Money-Back Pass Guarantee

How does the Pass Guarantee work?: If you complete all of your Click2CE practice materials and still don’t pass your state licensing exam, we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price — no questions asked. To claim the guarantee, email support@click2ce.com within 30 days of your exam date with your order confirmation number and a copy of your exam score report showing you did not pass. We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
What does "complete all practice materials" mean?: You must have worked through the full question bank for your state at least once, which our platform tracks automatically. We don’t require a minimum score — just that you genuinely engaged with the material. If you have questions about whether you’ve completed enough to qualify, email us before your exam.
What’s Click2CE’s pass rate?: 92% of Click2CE students pass their licensing exam on the first attempt. For context, the national average first-attempt pass rate for real estate exams is approximately 55–60%. We’re confident enough in that number that we back it with a full money-back guarantee.

Technical & Account Questions

How do I log in after purchasing?: After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your account login link. If you already have a Click2CE account, your new course will appear automatically in your dashboard at click2ce.com/sign-in. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@click2ce.com.
What if my course content isn’t loading?: Try these steps in order: (1) Refresh the page. (2) Clear your browser cache (in Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data). (3) Try a different browser — we recommend the latest version of Google Chrome. (4) Disable any browser extensions that might block JavaScript. If none of these work, email support@click2ce.com with your browser type and a description of what you’re seeing.
How do I reset my password?: On the Sign In page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
