Pass-Rate Methodology
How Click2CE calculates its published 92% first-attempt pass rate — confirmed methodology, data source, cohort scope, and how we plan to improve measurement going forward.
Methodology confirmed by founder — July 2026
The 92% figure represents 92 of 100 students who voluntarily reported a first-attempt outcome between January 2025 – July 2026. Students who did not report an outcome are excluded from both the numerator and denominator. The figure is based on self-reported data and is not independently audited.
Methodology statement
Reported rate
92% first-attempt pass rate (92 ÷ 100 = 92%), as of July 2026 review.
Numerator
92 — students who voluntarily reported that they passed the state real estate exam on their first attempt.
Denominator
100 — students who voluntarily reported whether they passed or failed their first attempt.
Cohort date range
January 2025 – July 2026 (the period reviewed by founder Jennifer Williams to produce the 92% figure).
Non-reporters
Excluded. Students who purchased exam prep but did not report an exam outcome are not counted in the numerator or denominator. The denominator covers only those who voluntarily reported a result.
Data source
Student-reported outcomes — students who contacted Click2CE support to invoke the Pass Guarantee, plus voluntary self-reports submitted through the platform. Not independently audited.
Product scope
Arizona real estate exam-prep customers (the primary product during the measurement period). National exam-prep customers are included in the most recent cohort review.
State breakdown
Not yet available separately. The July 2026 cohort (92 of 100) combines Arizona exam-prep buyers and national (all-state) exam-prep buyers. A per-state breakdown — Arizona-only vs. all-state customers — will be published here once outcome reporting is tracked at the state level.
Prior published rate
84% — based on the initial 100-student cohort review. That figure was accurate for its cohort and has not been retroactively revised.
Audit path
Pass Guarantee claims are processed through support tickets. Refund records identify students who reported a failure and claimed a refund. They do not establish the full denominator: students who did not invoke the guarantee may have passed, failed without claiming, or not reported at all — those individuals are outside this cohort.
How we will improve measurement
Click2CE is building toward a more complete, automatically collected outcome dataset. The following improvements are planned:
Automatic outcome collection — platform integration to record first exam attempt pass/fail at the student level
Defined cohort windows — rolling 12-month periods with quarterly reviews
State-level breakdown — separate figures for Arizona and other states
Independent auditability — methodology details and raw aggregate counts published alongside the rate
