To request a refund:

1. Email support@click2ce.com within 30 days of your exam
2. Include your order confirmation and exam score report
3. Confirm you completed all practice materials

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

General Refunds

Outside the Pass Guarantee, all sales are final once course materials have been accessed. If you have not accessed your course, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
