Money-Back Pass Guarantee for paid Exam Prep

This guarantee applies only to paid Click2CE Exam Prep purchases; it does not apply to free practice products, pre-license courses, post-license courses, or continuing education. If you complete all required practice materials, score 70% or higher on at least 1 full-length practice exam, and do not pass your state real estate licensing exam, we will refund 100% of your paid Exam Prep purchase price. To claim, email support@click2ce.com within 30 days of your exam date with your official failing score report and order confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Pre-License, Post-License and CE Courses

Outside the Pass Guarantee, all sales are final once course materials have been accessed. If you have not accessed your course, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Academic Integrity and Refund Eligibility

A temporary compliance hold — the automatic system flag that may be applied while a potential integrity issue is under review — does not, by itself, constitute a final determination of misconduct and does not automatically affect your refund or Pass Guarantee eligibility.

Following a human review and written determination confirming a material integrity violation under Click2CE's Terms of Service, the affected enrollment may be ineligible for a refund, prorated refund, account credit, Pass Guarantee payment, complimentary reset, replacement enrollment, extension, or reimbursement of proctoring or other third-party expenses, except where applicable law or a controlling state-specific enrollment agreement requires otherwise.
