Why We Exist
Real Estate Education Has a Problem. We’re Here to Fix It.
For most of the last two decades, the average real estate course has looked the same: a stack of dense PDFs, a slide deck students click through to satisfy an hour count, and a multiple-choice test at the end designed to be passable, not memorable. The industry quietly accepted this because nobody had built anything better.
Meanwhile, the actual job of being a real estate professional has become more demanding, not less. Agents are expected to navigate complex contracts, evolving fair-housing rules, fast-moving market data, and clients who arrive with more information than ever before. The gap between what the licensing curriculum teaches and what the job actually requires kept widening, and the people paying the price were the agents themselves.
Click2CE was built to close that gap. Every course we ship is engineered to do two things at once: get the student to pass the exam in front of them, and leave them better prepared for the work that comes after.

Jennifer Williams — Founder & CEO
Jennifer Williams brings more than 20 years of real estate leadership, operational expertise, and a lifelong passion for education to Click2CE. A Licensed Real Estate Broker in over 40 states, Jennifer holds multiple degrees spanning real estate, business, law, and education — including a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Law from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She is ARELLO certified and holds the prestigious CDEI designation (Certified Distance Education Instructor), a credential reserved for educators who meet the highest standards in delivering real estate education through online and distance formats.
Before founding Click2CE, Jennifer built one of the most decorated careers in national real estate operations. It was Jennifer’s firsthand experience managing broker licensing across dozens of states — and watching talented agents struggle with confusing, outdated continuing education requirements — that sparked the idea for Click2CE.
Leveraging her CDEI certification, deep knowledge of state-by-state regulatory requirements, and her background in proptech and data analytics, Jennifer built Click2CE to be the education platform she always wished existed: one that combines cutting-edge AI technology with a genuine understanding of what real estate professionals need to pass, progress, and grow.

Curriculum mapped to the actual exam
Every Click2CE course starts with the official Candidate Handbook for that state. Topic weights, vocabulary, and scenario types are matched to what regulators have published, so study time is spent on what actually appears on the licensing exam.
AI Tutor that explains, not just answers
Our AI Tutor is built on top of the same state-aligned curriculum students study. When a learner gets stuck, the tutor explains the underlying concept in plain English, walks through math step-by-step, and links the answer back to the specific rule or statute it tests.

After two decades managing broker licensing and operations across dozens of states, Jennifer Williams founds Click2CE to fix a problem she had watched agents struggle with for her entire career: confusing, outdated, time-wasting real estate education.

Arizona Department of Real Estate approval
Click2CE is approved as an Arizona real estate school under ADRE School Approval No. S26-0002. Its 90-hour Arizona Salesperson pre-license course contains 45 guided units. The school final requires 80% and has online ProctorShield availability. The school final is separate from the Pearson VUE Arizona state licensing exam.

A Click2CE-built AI Tutor goes live with exam prep for All 50 states plus Washington, D.C.. Exam prep is a self-study tool, is not state-approved education, and does not replace required pre-license education.
