Exam prep is a self-study tool and does not replace required pre-license education. Click2CE is approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate for Arizona pre-license and Arizona CE courses. Additional state-approved courses are coming later.
Complete the 60-hour MREC-approved salesperson pre-license course (including the mandatory 3-hour ethics component) and pass the course final with at least 75%.
Schedule and pass the Maryland salesperson exam administered by PSI in person (110 questions, 70% on each section).
Receive your registration number from PSI after passing.
Find a sponsoring licensed Maryland broker.
Apply for the license online through MREC and pay the application fee.
Confirm current CE rules and deadlines with the MREC.
First renewal, post-licensing, and continuing education
Maryland salesperson licenses renew every two years and require 15 hours of MREC-approved continuing education, including required legislative/legal-update and fair-housing modules. Maryland does not require a separate post-license course.
