After You Pass: Keeping Your License
First renewal, post-licensing, and continuing education
Maryland salesperson licenses renew every two years and require 15 hours of MREC-approved continuing education, including required legislative/legal-update and fair-housing modules. Maryland does not require a separate post-license course.
Confirm post-licensing and renewal rules with the MREC before your first renewal deadline.
