Click2CE Real Estate School (a division of the Click2CE National Real Estate Institute) operates this platform.

By accessing or using Click2CE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. Your continued use after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms as described in the “Policy Changes” section below.

1. Eligibility

By creating an account and using Click2CE, you represent that you are at least eighteen years of age and hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a real-estate license in a jurisdiction served by our platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep that information current. Click2CE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe contains false or misleading information.

2. Exam Prep Products

Exam Prep products provide access to a practice question bank, AI Tutor, and adaptive study tools for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Exam Prep is a study tool only and does not constitute an approved pre-licensing course. Purchasing Exam Prep does not guarantee licensure or eligibility to sit for a state licensing exam. Pass Guarantee terms are described in our Refund Policy and are subject to the Academic Integrity requirements in these Terms. Click2CE is not responsible for changes to state exam formats, content, or passing requirements that occur after the date of purchase.

3. Pre-License Education

Click2CE offers state-approved pre-license education courses required for candidates seeking a real estate license. These courses must be completed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable state regulatory authority.

Seat-time requirements. Pre-license courses require a minimum number of hours of active student engagement as defined by the applicable state. The Click2CE platform measures seat time by tracking your authenticated engagement with lesson content through periodic server verification. Periods during which the platform cannot verify active engagement — including inactivity, network disconnection, or unauthorized automated activity — are not credited toward your required seat time. You must be the individual personally engaged with the course during all credited seat-time periods.

Inactivity logout. As required by state regulation, your course session will be automatically paused after 15 minutes of inactivity. You will receive a warning before the session pauses. Resume your session by interacting with the course player. Time during which your session is paused is not credited as seat time.

Exam scheduling. Students enrolled in pre-license courses must schedule their school final examination exclusively through the authorized link in the Click2CE course player, after meeting all eligibility requirements, including completing all lessons and satisfying the minimum required seat time. See Section 8 (Unauthorized Exam Scheduling) for the consequences of scheduling outside the authorized channel.

Scheduling gates. Click2CE may impose and enforce enrollment eligibility conditions and scheduling gates as required by state regulation or as part of the school's approved course plan. These gates exist to protect the integrity of the educational program and the state licensing process.

4. Continuing Education Courses

The following terms apply specifically to Continuing Education (CE) courses offered through Click2CE.

Each state imposes specific requirements for continuing-education course completion, including minimum seat-time, assessment pass rates, and identity-verification procedures. You are responsible for completing all required course activities personally, including reading or listening to all lesson content, meeting the minimum time-on-task requirements enforced by our platform, and passing all required assessments. Click2CE tracks your progress automatically and will not issue a certificate of completion until all state-mandated requirements have been satisfied.

5. Certificates and State Reporting

Upon successful completion of a course, Click2CE will issue a certificate of completion and, where required, report your completion to the appropriate state real-estate commission or regulatory body. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely and accurate reporting, Click2CE is not responsible for delays or errors caused by state agencies. It is your responsibility to verify that your completion has been properly recorded with your state licensing authority and to retain a copy of your certificate for your records.

Click2CE may correct, withdraw, void, or invalidate a school-issued course completion certificate or completion record obtained through material misrepresentation or misconduct, and may notify or submit corrected records to the applicable regulator, subject to applicable law and regulatory direction. Click2CE does not purport to revoke a state-issued real estate license.

6. 100% Money-Back Pass Guarantee

Click2CE offers a 100% money-back Pass Guarantee on all Exam Prep products, subject to the eligibility requirements described in our Refund Policy. The Pass Guarantee is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service, including the Academic Integrity Policy in Section 7. A confirmed material integrity violation is a disqualifying condition.

7. Student Identity, Participation, and Academic Integrity Policy

Click2CE is a state-approved provider of real estate education. The integrity of our courses and the certifications we issue is fundamental to the integrity of the state licensing process. By enrolling in any course, you agree to the following.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in the enforcement actions described in Section 9:

  • Providing false or inaccurate identity or registration information.
  • Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another individual to access your account.
  • Allowing another person, or an AI system or other automated tool, to complete any portion of your lessons, seat-time sessions, quizzes, assessments, or examinations on your behalf, or to simulate your participation.
  • Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, headless browsers, session keep-alive tools, or any other automated or semi-automated software to access, navigate, or interact with course content or platform systems, generate seat-time events, or advance course progress.
  • Using remote-control software, screen-sharing tools, or any technology that allows a third party to operate your device during a course session or examination.
  • Tampering with seat-time tracking, heartbeat signals, course-progress records, browser storage, application programming interfaces (APIs), or any other security or integrity mechanism of the platform.
  • Using AI, another person, or an automated system to defeat an identity or competency check, extract or reproduce protected question-bank content, or misrepresent your independent performance.
  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any course materials, assessment questions, or question-bank content without written permission.
  • Failing to promptly report a suspected technical problem, timer error, or system malfunction to support@click2ce.com and instead attempting to circumvent or exploit the issue.

Authorized Assistive Technology

The prohibitions above are not intended to restrict use of approved assistive technologies, including screen readers, voice-control software, and other tools approved by Click2CE for accessibility purposes. If you use or require assistive technology, contact support@click2ce.com before enrolling so we can confirm your tools are compatible with our platform and document the approved accommodation.

Session Monitoring

Click2CE uses server-side session monitoring to verify active student engagement during course sessions. This monitoring collects and uses the data described in our Privacy Policy, including login and logout timestamps, heartbeat records, IP addresses, device and browser information, and activity signals. Records of suspected unauthorized activity may be retained and used in an enforcement review. By enrolling in a course, you consent to this monitoring as a condition of receiving state-regulatory credit.

8. Unauthorized Exam Scheduling

School final examinations for pre-license courses must be scheduled exclusively through the authorized link provided in the Click2CE course player, after the student has satisfied all prerequisite requirements. Accessing a proctoring provider's public scheduling system does not waive Click2CE's eligibility requirements or constitute Click2CE's authorization for the student to sit for the examination.

If a student schedules an examination through an unauthorized channel, Click2CE may: cancel the appointment or instruct the proctor not to administer the examination; reject the results of an examination taken before prerequisite requirements were met; refuse to certify the examination or issue a completion certificate; require the student to reschedule through the authorized course-player link after satisfying all requirements; and decline to reimburse the student for proctoring fees, examination fees, or other costs associated with an unauthorized appointment.

9. Enforcement Process

When our systems detect activity that may indicate a violation of these Terms, Click2CE may take the following steps:

  1. System flag. The platform automatically flags the activity for human review.
  2. Temporary compliance hold. Click2CE may place a temporary hold on the affected enrollment while a review is conducted. A compliance hold does not constitute a finding of misconduct. The compliance hold generally remains in effect while a review is pending.
  3. Human audit. A Click2CE compliance staff member — not the person who initiated the hold — reviews available system records.
  4. Written notice. If the review suggests a potential violation, Click2CE will send written notice to the email address on the student's account describing the specific concern.
  5. Opportunity to respond. The student has five (5) business days from the date of electronic delivery of the notice to submit a written response and any supporting documentation to compliance@click2ce.com. Click2CE may extend the response period for good cause. If the notice email is returned as undeliverable, Click2CE will attempt alternative contact, and the response period runs from the date of that alternative delivery attempt.
  6. Written determination. Click2CE will issue a written determination after considering available system records and any information submitted by the student.

10. Outcomes and Consequences

Following a written determination confirming a material integrity violation, Click2CE may apply one or more of the following outcomes to the affected enrollment:

  • Removal of the compliance hold with no further action.
  • Removal or adjustment of credited seat time.
  • Requirement to repeat one or more lessons or course segments.
  • Temporary suspension of the enrollment.
  • Termination of the enrollment.
  • Correction, withdrawal, voiding, or invalidation of a school-issued course completion certificate or completion record.
  • Notification or submission of corrected records to the applicable state regulatory authority, subject to applicable law.
  • Refusal of future enrollment, for serious or repeated misconduct.

Sanctions apply principally to the affected enrollment. Refund and Pass Guarantee eligibility following a confirmed integrity violation are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on Click2CE, including but not limited to course text, video, audio, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Click2CE or its content licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Your purchase of a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of Click2CE.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Click2CE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Click2CE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Click2CE's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to Click2CE in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Non-Retroactivity

These Terms, including any new forfeiture provisions, enforcement consequences, or contractual restrictions, will not be applied retroactively to conduct that occurred before the provision's effective date. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of a student's enrollment or the relevant conduct governs that enrollment or conduct. State-specific enrollment agreements control where they conflict with these general Terms.

15. Policy Changes

Click2CE may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email to the address on your account, by posting a notice in the platform, or both. For changes that require re-acceptance, we will prompt you at your next login before you can continue accessing course content. Minor changes — including wording corrections, formatting updates, and changes that do not alter your substantive rights or obligations — do not require re-acceptance. Prior versions of these Terms are available at click2ce.com/legal/terms.

16. Contact

For general questions about these Terms, contact support@click2ce.com. For compliance-related matters or to submit an appeal response, contact compliance@click2ce.com.
