Steps to Become a Broker in Georgia

Meet the experience requirement
Hold an active license for at least 3 of the previous 5 years.

Complete broker pre-license education
Complete the required 60 hours of broker pre-license education from an approved school.

Pass the broker licensing exam
Pass the Georgia broker licensing exam, administered by PSI.

Submit your broker application
Apply through the GREC, pay the required fees, and complete any background or fingerprinting steps. Maintain broker-level continuing education going forward.
