Steps to Become a Employing Broker in Colorado

Meet the experience requirement
At least 2 years of active licensed experience to become an Independent or Employing Broker.

Complete broker pre-license education
Complete the required 24 hours of employing broker pre-license education from an approved school.

Pass the broker licensing exam
