How to Pass the North Dakota Real Estate Exam in 2026

The North Dakota real estate salesperson exam is administered by PSI for the North Dakota Real Estate Commission (NDREC). The current exam has national and state portions, and both portions must be passed.

Step 1: Complete the 90-Hour Prelicense Requirement

North Dakota requires 90 hours of current NDREC-approved salesperson prelicense education. Complete the education and the NDREC application requirements before registering with PSI.
