Arizona renewal requirements

This calculator is currently designed for Arizona salesperson renewal planning. Arizona salespersons generally complete 24 hours of continuing education during each 2-year renewal cycle. Brokers and designated brokers generally require 30 hours and may have additional broker-specific requirements.

Salesperson CE consists of 21 mandatory hours plus 3 elective hours. Current Arizona mandatory-topic requirements include Arizona Water Issues — 1 hour, Firewise Communities — 1 hour, Deed Fraud Prevention — 1 hour. Those three topics became mandatory effective January 1, 2025.

Arizona license expiration is tied to the individual license record rather than one statewide renewal date. Confirm your license type and exact expiration date in the ADRE licensing portal.
