Important Notes for Georgia Licensees

Georgia requires 36 hours over a 4-year cycle — one of the higher totals nationally.

Effective July 2025, brokers must complete 18 of 36 hours in broker-specific topics.

Only 3 hours are strictly mandatory for salespersons; the rest are elective.
