Important Notes for Colorado Licensees

Colorado does not have a salesperson license — all agents are licensed as Brokers.

The Annual Commission Update (ACU) is a mandatory 4-hour course required every year.

Starting in 2027, the ACU deadline changes from December 31 to July 1.
